MAS VIDAL SCP (hereinafter, "MAS VIDAL") informs the users of its web pages www.masvidal.cat as to its policy relating to the protection of personal data (hereinafter, "the Personal Data") in order that users voluntarily and freely determine if they wish to provide the MAS VIDAL the Personal Data requested through on-line reservation or request for information forms. The MAS VIDAL shall not assign, transfer nor share the Personal Data to any third party without prior and express consent of the affected users. The MAS VIDAL or the third parties that process the Personal Data on the MAS VIDAL´s behalf, has adopted the legally required security levels for the protection of the Personal Data. Notwithstanding the above, the user should be aware that security measures in the Internet are not impregnable.
